Artificial intelligence (A.I.), a scientific phenomenon that showed up the in 20^th century, automatic works are liberated people from hard work. During the past 50 years, the economy grew rapidly as well as issues surrounding A.I. People began to adapt their life style to the constantly changing high technology. By looking at the future of artificial intelligence, we can analyse how it will impact of human life, change our interpersonal relationships, our society and the ethics of A.I. robots. The AI issues became unavoidable in life.

       I saw an interesting story a long time ago; a lovely story from somewhere I can’t remember. It said, in those old days, we didn’t have cell phones, we didn’t have Internet, we didn’t travel abroad, and we didn’t have traffic. If I miss you, I will climb over two mountains and walk 5 miles to hold your hands. This seems ridiculous for our generation, but it was vivid and moving for my grandparents. Computers or cell phones are the root of modern technology in artificial intelligence; they changed the way that people live. Looking forward, A.I. will be part of our life and developing of robots will shock the world.

         I think society will be influence in many respects. First, artificial intelligence could replace a variety of tasks, thus, forcing some people to change their jobs, even making them unemployed. Society will become more competitive; it’s already hard to find a job even though they are not intelligent robots.

        Second, A.I. will affect society’s structure. On one hand, people hope artificial intelligence will replace a lot of labor or eliminate the child labor. On the other hand, people are worried that A.I. would cause new problems. In fact, the social structural is undergoing a change. The years of “human and machines” will end and ultimately to replace by “human and machines and artificial intelligence” social structural. Intelligent robots will be one of the intelligent machines. Today, people’s jobs could be undertaken by robot in the future, therefore, people will have to learn to get along with robots and adapt to a change of social structure. Overall, the labor issue will lead to unemployment that will impact economics, then cause disorder and conflict in society. In that situation, most people in the world will be victims; I believe this is a change that no one will expect.

        Despite social problems, let’s talk about how does A.I. affects our personal lives. First, the popularization and application of A.I. would affect humans in the way people think and concept. For instance, once the users began to believe the A.I. system could make the right judgments and decisions, people may not be willing to rack their brain, after a period of time, and become lazy and lose their sense of responsibility and sensitivity to solve the task. An example in our lives when students rely on calculators, their active thinking and numeral skills will decrease significantly. Over reliance on a computer’s recommendations would lose ability to analyze the cognition and increase misunderstandings. Assuming, everyone has a robot to do anything we want them to do, our brains will shrink, and so do our bodies.

        Second, A.I. has also caused some members of society feel a psychological or spiritual threat. In general, people believe that only humans have spiritual sense, and its distinguee people from machines. If one day, people begin to believe that machines could think and create, it may make people feel disappointed, even feel threatened. Human beings would be nervous because the AI may exceed human’s natural intelligence in the future. Perhaps, A.I. is able to make human beings become the slaves of the system. In accordance to an A.I. point of view, humans are likely to use machines to plan their own future, or even imagine how the planning issues working. In this society, some people welcome new concepts while other groups find this new idea troubling and unacceptable, especially when the idea are opposite of their beliefs.

        Artificial intelligence bring us incalculable benefits in the economy, at the same time, it causes some problems that people never face before. Generally, we could say the invention of AI is a good sign so far; therefore, people need to think about ethical, interpersonal and societal issues that are raised by the prospect of artificial intelligence.
