GPS is a technology
equipment to guide the roads for some easy missing people. I like to say I am a GPSer, because I never get
loss and I always have a right feeling of directions. I lived in a city that has 20 million people and most local residents use to beacon the way by direction. If you ask me where is Reid Hall. I would tell you 100 meters east of South 11th Ave.
One time, I went to hiking at a forest with some of my
friends. We didn’t bring any emergency
staffs, because we thought we won’t meet any problems. We started to hike at noon, and we talked,
smiled and enjoyed in the sceneries on our way of hiking. Birds were singing, but the sounds became lower
and lower. We found darker and darker
around, too. We became scared, and we
decided to go back home from the same way as we came. We took out the flashlights, and the sky turn
into dark at all. We felt we were
missed, and we felt we must pay something for our arrogances. We walked long time in the forest, and felt
everything and everywhere looked same.
Everybody looked at me, and maybe they know I have a special skill. I tried to take out my memory of the way we
walked. I looked around the forest, and
I just had a strong feeling of directions.
I felt like there was a light shot to me from a direction. I decided to lead my friends to follow the
light in my mind. We walked and
walked. One of my friend started to
doubt me, but I trusted myself, and told them trusted me was the best way. Half an hour later, we could see some
house. We were excited, and ran to the
house. Finally, we found our way by
following my special direction feeling.
Actually, this story is not truth, and I lied to my friends just for fun. Well, I am a liar.
